Sandy Freeman

Sandy has always felt led to develop here artistic side, but felt that something was missing.  When she opened up a relationship with Jesus, her artistic abilities exploded.  She found prayer to be the missing link–the “light bulb” that pulled all of artistic abilities together.  “I am merely the hand the executes the true ARTIST’s masterpiece.  I have found that if I try to attempt a project without praying first for guidance from the Master, the end results always leave me with a desire to have done more.  So, I find it easier and smarter to always ask the true Artist, ‘What do you want me to do for you today?'”  She has experimented with a variety of media, pencil, colored pencil, acrylics, photography, eco-art, recycled art, yarn and wood carving.  She also plays several types of saxophones, flute, clarinet, and piano.  Just last year, she began to express herself with poetry and short stories.

God has allowed her to put her name to His work of poetry and pencil drawings. She says, “It’s His work because, honestly everything you see and read came directly from Him. The only part I add is a little tweak here and there. It is such a blessing to be used by Him.”
